There is currently one double room available in this lovely, welcoming house share. You'd be sharing with three other tenants and the house is located just a 5 minute walk to the Crossgates railway station, giving fantastic access to both Leeds City Centre and York.

All tenants are professionals or post-grad students and will always be fully referenced!

All applicants will be required to pay a deposit. There will also be a requirement to provide evidence of entitlement to reside in the UK, prior to referencing commencing. Please also be aware that in some circumstances, a guarantor may be required.
